Introduction

We always strive to deliver professional services that exceed our clients' expectations. This policy clearly defines the conditions under which a refund may be requested, aiming to establish a transparent, trust-based contractual relationship.

General Policy

Due to the nature of web development services as custom digital work that requires real time and effort, the upfront deposit (50%) is non-refundable once work has actually commenced on the project. This is because time and resources are committed from the moment work begins.

Cases Where Partial Refund May Apply

  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel before actual work has started, a full refund is issued minus any administrative or transaction fees (PayPal, bank transfer)
  • Cancellation in early stages: If the project is cancelled within the first 20% of execution, 30% of the total project value will be refunded
  • Material failure to deliver: If the delivered product fundamentally lacks the agreed specifications and cannot be resolved after reasonable correction attempts, refund requests will be reviewed in good faith

Cases Where No Refund Applies

  • After the final project has been delivered and accepted by the client
  • After access credentials to the digital product have been provided or the site has been deployed to server
  • Change in project requirements or opinion after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by the client themselves (late content delivery or approvals)
  • Hosting or domain issues that fall outside the scope of the development service
  • Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to a breach of the agreed specifications

Phased Projects

For large projects with a milestone-based schedule, each completed, delivered, and accepted milestone is non-refundable. Refund requests apply only to incomplete future milestones.

  2. We will respond within 3 business days to discuss the request and understand the situation
  3. If the request is approved, the eligible amount will be returned within 7-14 business days via the original payment method
