Introduction

Welcome to Mohammed Alzard — Full Stack Web Developer. By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project engagement.

Services Provided

Mohammed Alzard provides full-stack web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web applications and systems using Laravel and PHP
• Frontend development with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• REST API development and third-party integrations
• WordPress development and customization
• Admin dashboards and management systems
• Payment gateway and external service integrations

Obligations and Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete content, assets, and requirements at the start of the project or within agreed timelines
• Respond to questions and requests in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Adhere to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the project contract
• Ensure legal ownership or rights to any materials (images, text, logos) requested to be included

Developer Responsibilities

• Deliver the project according to the agreed specifications and requirements
• Adhere to the agreed timeline barring unforeseen circumstances
• Provide post-delivery technical support for the agreed period
• Maintain confidentiality of all client data and business information

Payment Terms

• 50% upfront deposit required before work begins on any project
• 50% on delivery or as agreed for larger phased projects
• Large projects may follow a milestone-based payment schedule agreed in advance
• Late payments may result in work suspension until payment is received
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or as mutually agreed

Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project contract. Substantial changes that fall outside the original project scope may require additional fees to be agreed upon before implementation.

Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, all ownership of the code and design transfers completely to the client
• The developer retains the right to feature the project in their portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise
• Open-source libraries and tools used in the project are subject to their respective licenses

Delays and Cancellations

• Client-caused delays in providing requirements will result in corresponding timeline extensions
• Cancellation after work has commenced does not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit
• Cancellation before work begins requires written notice and is subject to the Refund Policy

Limitation of Liability

Mohammed Alzard shall not be liable for any indirect financial losses or damages arising from the use or unavailability of the delivered project. Total liability in all circumstances is limited to the total value paid for the project.

Confidentiality

The developer commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all business information and data encountered during project execution, and will not share it with third parties without explicit client consent.

Modifications to These Terms

Mohammed Alzard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued engagement after published updates constitutes implied acceptance.
